I’m extremely busy. How much time does this actually take weekly?
We design around your calendar. Most clients train 3–4 hours per week, total. Your programming, nutrition, and recovery are done for you. You just follow the plan we lay out inside your existing schedule.
I travel constantly. Can this work on the road?
Yes. We program for hotel gyms, bodyweight-only days, and timezone shifts. You’ll have one plan that adapts to your travel, plus daily check-ins to adjust in real time.
Do I have to come to Scottsdale or Nashville?
The entire program can be done remotely, but most clients choose to attend the two in-person Performance Intensives because they compress months of progress into two days. We’ll schedule them around your calendar.
I've tried everything. Why would this be different?
You’ve never had full diagnostics, a coach and doctor co-signing one integrated plan, daily accountability, and a hard guarantee tied to specific metrics. This isn’t another template; it’s a performance department built around you.
What if my spouse isn't on board?
That’s why we include the Spouse/Partner Onboarding Call. We align expectations, schedule, and environment so you’re not fighting your own household to make this work.
What if I’m already under 25% / 31% body fat?
You still get the same level of care, diagnostics, community, and Intensives. The abs guarantee applies above those thresholds, but your targets will be set based on your starting point (performance, leanness, pain, etc.).
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. All labs and health data are handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems. Your participation is confidential; you control who knows you’re in the program.
What happens on the first call?
We’ll review your goals, medical history, current metrics, and constraints. If we’re confident we can deliver, we’ll recommend a plan and walk through logistics, investment, and start date. If not, we’ll tell you and point you in a better direction.
What if I don't qualify?
If you’re not a fit for Maximizer (timing, health history, or commitment), we’ll share alternative next steps, including shorter rebuild options when appropriate.
